Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

As each of these kits are made to order, I cannot accept returns on them. If there is a major issue with them when they’re delivered to you, please contact me for ways we can resolve the issue.

If your order is missing gems, or if the canvas is incorrect or heavily damaged outside of normal shipping and handling, I can have them remade and resent to you, at no cost. Please contact me though so we can work through the process together. The company that is putting the kits together is very reliable, but they have some requirements for replacement issues, so we’ll have to go through them together. Please take pictures as it arrives, of it’s packing and what is in the package, in order to make this easier to resolve.

I cannot offer you exchanges on your orders, again because they are made to order. However, reach out to me if there is something amiss with it and I will see what we can do about it.

Some types of goods are exempt from the above, such as digital pattern downloads, gift cards, or other one of a kind or one off products.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting me first so we all know what is going on and how to proceed together.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, please be aware that it is coming from the manufacturer and thus I cannot wrap or personalize items packed with it. If you would like this service added, please contact me ahead of time so I can have the item shipped to me to do the special parts. This may incur an additional shipping charge, as I will have to ship it from my home in Japan to your recipient, and Japan Post can be a little expensive. Also be aware that this will at least double the shipping and handling time on the product, so plan at least 2 months in advance.
